Credit Pack Refunds

Credit packs are one-time purchases that give you a set number of contract analyses to use at your own pace. Credits are valid for 1 year from purchase.

Within 7 days, credits unused
Full refund — no questions asked.
Within 7 days, some credits used
Refund for unused credits only. Used credits are charged at the per-credit rate. Refunded credits are automatically removed from your account.
After 7 days
Refunds are not available. Credits remain valid on your account until their 1-year expiry.
All credits used
No refund available — the service has been fully delivered.

Your account email address and the date of purchase. No need to explain why — though feedback is always welcome.

We confirm

We will confirm receipt within 1–2 business days and verify your purchase against our records.

Refund processed

Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original Stripe payment method (standard card refund timeline).

Refund requests, billing questions, or anything in between — we respond within 1–2 business days.

Optional analytics

We use optional analytics to understand visits and feature usage. Accepting allows Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to run. Your contract content is never sent as an analytics event.
