Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using fynPrint in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users of fynPrint.app, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

What fynPrint Does

fynPrint is an AI-powered contract analysis tool for freelancers and small businesses. The service allows you to:

✦Generate negotiation email drafts based on flagged contract clauses

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to

You agree not to

✗Upload documents that belong to others without authorization

✗Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI analysis pipeline

✗Use fynPrint for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

✗Share your account access with others or resell access to the service

✗Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing mechanisms

Annual$49 for 25 analyses per year. The annual plan renews automatically unless cancelled through billing settings.

RefundsSubject to our Refund Policy. Unused credits are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Price ChangesWe may change credit pack pricing with 30 days’ advance notice.

Intellectual Property

Your documents: You retain all rights to the contracts you upload. You grant fynPrint a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service.

AI outputs: Analysis results and generated emails are provided for your personal or business use. You own the outputs you generate.

fynPrint platform: All intellectual property rights in the fynPrint application, design, and underlying technology remain with fynPrint.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fynPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the service.

This includes any decisions made based on AI-generated contract analysis, negotiation emails sent using fynPrint-generated drafts, or any outcome of contract negotiations in which fynPrint output was used.

In no event will fynPrint's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to fynPrint in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. All your data will be permanently deleted. Any unused credits remaining in your account at the time of deletion are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

fynPrint may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior toward the service, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued and any remaining credits are forfeited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Minor changes (typos, formatting, clarifications) take effect immediately. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance.

Continued use of fynPrint after the effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
